“This whole-house flood was a couple of days old when we
received the call. Walls throughout covered with wallpaper were wet 12” to
24” up and kitchen cabinets were wet with damaged kick-plates. The insurance
adjuster had called a general contractor to inspect walls and cabinets for
removal and they stated that these could be dried using refrigerant DH’s in
about 6 or 7 days. We dried in just over 3 days with Water Out®, saving most
walls and wallpaper and much of the cabinets, and leaving the home smelling
good!
The other was “a home flooded by a toilet water supply line
failure. There wasn’t a dry corner to be found. We extracted water and installed
a Water Out® trailer, within 48 hours 99% of the home was dry, only a few
trouble spots remained. These were taken care of within the next 12 hours of
drying. We met the adjuster along with the home owner at the 48 hour mark - both
were very pleased with how the home smelled and how quickly we
were
drying.”
